Although it was my first visit, Ebony greeted me with such kindness and assistance I quickly relaxed. She was also able to put my mind at ease about my dental insurance coverage as I had never used it and did not know what to expect. Dr. Gonzales was just as kind and informative. She did a full evaluation of my dental needs and reassured me that I was in good hands. She explained thoroughly and also gave me a print out of all the information for reference. I then met Jonathan and he began the deep dental cleaning. He was also someone who could minimize the anxiety. He kept me thoroughly entertained with an interesting conversation and the scaling didn’t hurt at all. Yes, I am a wimp. And my previous dentist was also my cousin. He died last December and my entire family was devastated. I called him my answer man in life and trusted him 100% about anything. Big shoes to fill. And I am grateful for the West Columbia Dental Practice for being there for me.

From the moment I walked in, my experience was amazing. India and Ms. Gonzalez were the best ever. They were so attentive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My extraction was quick, comfortable, and handled with real care. I truly appreciate how they made me feel safe and taken care of. Highly recommend!
